Airport, port and anchorage operations software
Bayline runs aircraft gate allocation, vessel scheduling, anchorage management, berth planning, marine services and operational billing on a single real-time platform.
See it allocate
Bayline checks every rule your duty officers check by hand: depth, size class, restrictions, separation, weather and occupancy. Then it proposes the answer and waits for approval.
One platform, three operating domains
Airport authorities, port authorities, terminal operators and anchorage operators run the same core: one resource model, one rules engine, one billing ledger.
Gates, remote stands, aircraft parking, turnarounds and tows, coordinated from the airport operations control center.
Port calls, clearances, berth windows and marine services from first ETA to final departure.
Zone configuration, position allocation, AIS tracking, marine services and duration-based dues.
Shared allocation engine
Each is a resource with constraints, a calendar and a price. Bayline models every one the same way, so a rule written once works across aviation and maritime operations.
Every allocation, in order

Airside
Built for airport operations control centers that run hundreds of movements a day.
Suite 01 ยท Airport operations
Flight schedules, gates, stands and tows in one operational database, with turnaround milestones that predict a late departure before it happens.

Seaside
From first ETA to last line let go, every call runs on the same schedule.
Suites 02, 04, 05 ยท Port, berth and vessel traffic
Port calls, clearances and berth plans on one timeline. Bayline flags a conflict when an ETA moves and proposes the next workable window.
Bayline works alongside certified Vessel Traffic Services. It does not replace navigational or traffic-control systems.

Anchorage
Allocate positions, track them by AIS and bill every hour at anchor.
Suite 03 ยท Anchorage management
Agents book online. Bayline checks eligibility against zone rules, depth, swing radius and weather, proposes a position, and opens the dues clock the moment the vessel drops anchor.
Marine services are configured to each port's operating permissions and applicable regulations.

Real-time operations
Airport and port control centers watch flights, vessels, occupancy and exceptions live, with every alert routed to the team that owns it.
Suite 07 ยท Commercial, billing and revenue
Every allocation already knows who, what and how long. Bayline prices it against your tariff book and posts it to your ERP.
AIS confirms anchor down and up.
B-07 ยท 2 d 10 h 14 mBy vessel category, size band and duration.
Tanker ยท GT band 3 ยท per dayBunkering, launch and crew change attach to the call.
3 service linesShipping agent, airline, operator or tenant.
Credit notes and adjustmentsPayments matched, revenue reported by asset and customer.
ERP ยท payment gatewaySuite 11 ยท Predictive intelligence
Forecasts, ranked options and anomaly detection across gates, berths and anchorages. Safety-critical recommendations always wait for an authorized person.
Suites 08 and 09 ยท Safety, compliance and assets
Configurable workflows aligned with your obligations under aviation and maritime frameworks and local port authority rules.
One registry for airside and marine assets, from boarding bridges and airfield lighting to bollards, fenders and service craft.
Suite 10 ยท Stakeholder portals
Role-specific dashboards, requests and notifications for every party in the operation.

Suite 12 ยท Integration and platform
Secure REST/JSON APIs and event-driven feeds connect Bayline to aviation, maritime and enterprise systems.

Security and deployment
Choose where Bayline runs and how it is isolated. The security model is the same in every option.
ISO/IEC 27001:2022ISO 9001:2015Built and supported by SDLC Corp under certified information security and quality management systems.
Product scope
Deploy the suites you need now and switch on more as operations grow. Every suite shares the same data model and allocation engine.
FAQ
No. Bayline integrates with an existing AODB and with certified VTS and navigational systems. Where you have no operational database, Bayline's airport operational database can serve that role.
Yes. Each suite can go live on its own. Airport-only and port-only deployments use the same platform, so adding the other side later needs no migration.
Your team defines zones, resource attributes, compatibility rules, priorities and restrictions in the admin console. Rules are versioned, tested against historical schedules, and applied without code changes.
Your authorized staff. Safety-critical changes such as gate reassignments, anchorage positions and berth moves stay pending until a person approves or overrides them, and every decision is logged.
REST/JSON APIs, webhooks, SSO with SAML or OIDC, MFA and automated account provisioning are included. Connectors for AIS, flight data, ERP and GIS are configured during implementation for your providers.
A discovery phase maps your resources, rules and tariffs. We then configure, integrate and run Bayline in parallel with current processes before cutover, suite by suite.
Yes. Tariffs are configured by vessel or aircraft category, size band, duration, time of day and service, including penalties, exemptions and credit notes.
