  2. Click the No On-Time Delivery Data link to analyze the vendor’s delivery performance.

You will be directed to the On-Time Delivery Analysis page, which provides historical data on the vendor’s performance and delivery timelines. Use this insight to evaluate the vendor’s reliability.

After closing the delivery analysis, return to the purchase order and click Add Product.

6. Fill in the Product Details and Click on Confirm Order

  1. Provide the product name, quantity, unit price, and any applicable taxes.  
  2. Once all details are complete, click Confirm Order to finalize the purchase order.

After confirmation, the newly created purchase order will appear in the Purchase Orders list with the current status.

Open the purchase order and click Received Products to record the goods received from the vendor.
