Job Description

A Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer is responsible for implementing Microsoft Dynamis CRM Solutions, developing and maintaining a platform roadmap, assisting with deployment and provisioning activities, and integrating existing systems and services into the CRM architecture. Also, Collaborating with software developers, software architects, IT professionals, and business analysts.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications and solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
Design and implement CRM plugins, workflows, custom entities, and third-party integrations.
Create and modify CRM reports and dashboards for data insights.
Provide timely support and troubleshooting for Dynamics CRM applications.
Stay updated with the latest CRM technologies and best practices.
Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards.

Skill's & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
2+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development.
Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and related technologies.
Familiarity with CRM security models and user access management.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet project timelines.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
