Overview:
SDLC Corp is looking for an experienced RFP Proposal Writer who can independently manage and deliver high-quality proposals for the Indian market. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in responding to RFPs, RFQs, and tenders for IT services, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and timely submissions.
What you will do:
- Own the end-to-end RFP and proposal development process for the Indian market
- Analyze RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, and tenders and identify key requirements
- Coordinate with sales, pre-sales, delivery, finance, and legal teams to gather inputs
- Draft compelling technical and commercial proposals for IT services and solutions
- Customize proposal content based on client requirements and evaluation criteria
- Ensure compliance with submission guidelines, formats, and timelines
- Manage proposal reviews, approvals, and final submissions
- Maintain a repository of proposal content, case studies, and templates
- Track RFP deadlines and maintain proposal calendars
- Continuously improve proposal quality based on feedback and win-loss analysis
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience as an RFP or Proposal Writer in IT services or consulting
- Strong exposure to Indian government, PSU, and enterprise tenders
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills
- Ability to translate technical information into clear, client-friendly content
- Strong attention to detail and compliance requirements
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously under tight deadlines
Good to have:
- Experience with GeM portal, government e-tenders, and PSU bidding processes
- Knowledge of IT services such as software development, cloud, AI, data, and digital transformation
- Basic understanding of pricing and commercial models
- Experience with proposal management tools or document management systems
