Overview:
At SDLC Corp, we are expanding our Salesforce consulting practice and are looking for a Senior Sales Manager with a strong track record in selling Salesforce implementation and consulting services in the North American market.
What you will do:
- Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing
- Drive sales for Salesforce implementation, customization, and consulting projects
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound efforts, partnerships, and inbound channels
- Engage with CXOs, IT heads, and business decision-makers across North America
- Work closely with pre-sales and delivery teams to craft compelling proposals
- Lead pricing, negotiations, and deal closures independently
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and accurate forecasts
- Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience selling Salesforce implementation and consulting services
- Strong exposure to the North American market with successful deal closures
- Ability to manage the entire sales lifecycle independently
- Deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and services
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience selling IT services or digital transformation solutions is a plus
Good to have:
- Experience working with Salesforce consulting partners
- Existing network of North American clients or partners
- Familiarity with enterprise RFP and procurement processes
- Salesforce certifications
