Overview:
SDLC Corp is looking for a Senior Sales Manager with strong experience in selling staff augmentation and dedicated team models to clients in the North American market. This role requires complete ownership of the sales cycle and a proven ability to close high-value staffing and resource augmentation deals.
What you will do:
- Own the end-to-end sales lifecycle for staff augmentation and dedicated resource engagements
- Generate leads and build pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, partnerships, and inbound channels
- Sell contract, contract-to-hire, and long-term staff augmentation models
- Engage with CXOs, HR leaders, IT heads, and hiring managers in North America
- Understand client resource requirements and propose suitable staffing solutions
- Work closely with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure quick turnaround and closures
- Lead pricing discussions, negotiations, and contract signing
- Build predictable revenue through long-term staffing engagements
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM updates
- Consistently meet and exceed revenue and margin targets
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in selling IT staff augmentation or dedicated team services
- Strong exposure to North American clients with successful closures
- Ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle
- Deep understanding of staffing models, rate cards, and margins
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with offshore delivery and recruitment teams
- Strong hunter mindset with enterprise and mid-market exposure
Good to have:
- Existing network of North American clients or staffing partners
- Experience with MSPs, VMS platforms, and vendor onboarding processes
- Familiarity with US hiring practices, compliance, and engagement models
- Experience selling both short-term and long-term staffing engagements
