Introduction

1. Open the Record with Chatter
- Navigate to the Relevant Module:
- Go to the module where the Chatter feature is enabled (e.g., Sales, CRM, Purchase, etc.).
- Open the Record:
- Select the specific record (e.g., a Sales Order, Lead, or Purchase Order) containing the message you want to share.
2. Locate the Chatter Section
- Scroll to the Chatter:
- Scroll down to the Chatter section, typically located at the bottom of the record.
- Find the Message:
- Look for the specific message you want to share in the Chatter thread.
3. Access the Message Options
- Hover Over the Message:
- Move your cursor over the message you want to share to reveal additional options.
- Click on the Dropdown Icon:
- Locate the small dropdown icon or three vertical dots (depending on the interface design) near the message.
4. Copy the Message Link
- Select “Copy Link”:
- In the dropdown menu, choose the option labeled Copy Link or Get Link.
- Confirm the Action:
- The link is now copied to your clipboard.
5. Share the Message Link
